Sinners WelcomeSinners Welcome by Mary Karr

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Karr explores her faith and the usual poetic subjects of love, loss, and mortality in this collection. It was a mixed bag for me - I felt there were some knockout poems here and a few that fell flat. The collection ends with an essay about the evolution of her nontraditional yet Christian-rooted faith.
