Hygge (pronounced hoo-ga) is the Danish lifestyle choices of comfort and coziness. Danes are considered to be the happiest people in the world and this books explains why, despite the dark weather. The strong safety net (free health care and education for all) allows the Danes to explore their social comforts. The book includes hygee style ideas for home, office, and wardrobe as well as recipes and other ideas. A fun and picture-filled read.
