Miracles Ain't What They Used to Be (Outspoken Authors)Miracles Ain't What They Used to Be by Joe R. Lansdale

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

An assortment of collected writings from Lansdale - a couple of Hap and Leonard stories, some personal essays, and an interview. The title piece is an essay criticizing religion; it does not say anything necessarily new, but is full of Lansdale's trademark style. This is not the place to start with Lansdale, but those who are already fans will enjoy it.
