The Art of ChoosingThe Art of Choosing by Sheena Iyengar

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Simply, this is a book about how we make choices, the kinds of choices we make from the most inconsequential to the most important, and how to make better ones, even going so far as to not making them. It highlights a lot of social scientific research on the topic of choice, much done by the author herself. It's interesting, but sometimes a bit flip or condescending. (The author cites Malcolm Gladwell as an inspiration and a voice of encouragement.)
