This weekend, rosepurr and I went to the farm where we got married. It's still pretty. It was good to reconnect with family and to spend quality time outside. We lounged about in the shade, reading and dozing and chatting. I'm reading Michael Perry's Population: 485 which fit the moment perfectly.

Now it's back to work. I'm trying to be positive and optimistic, but right now, it's really hard. The sunshine outside tells me there are shady trees meant for reading and dozing and I'm missing out on them right now.

Sigh.
