As if to redeem itself from the statement I made in my last entry, the radio proved me wrong. Well, somewhat. Driving out of C-U toward L'ville, I found a wonderful local blues program in which the DJ was smart enough to shut up and just play the damned records. Yesterday was BB King's 80th birthday, too. Once I reached the limit of the station's signal, I put in one of the Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown CD's I borrowed from the library. R.I.P.

So I'm here in L'ville, playing Literati with my sweetie after a good day. We slept in, ate lunch at Szechuan Garden, and then checked out the Impressionist exhibit at the Speed Museum. It's been wonderful, despite my grouchiness (I have a headache, for some reason I can't figure out. :( ).
